Postnatal Massage ~ The Ritual of Ayurveda

Tip: all first packages come with a handloom khadi saree {for belly wrapping} + body oil or a scar oil 🌺

This is the bodywork offering as included with the EARTH Programme over at Āyurveda Doula. Adjusted to your postnatal window, birth story and unique individual needs, this bodywork routine is designed to reset your nervous system, support the remodeling of your abdomen, soothe the uterus, boost lymphatic flow and contribute to a normal milk flow (where applicable) while supporting the mother-baby dyad in the first months with baby earthside.

Highly recommended during the first 24 months after birth.

Upon booking, Deborah Rose will be open a chat with you on What's App, which is available to you throughout your package to ensure a smooth scheduling experience.

*1x treatment bookings do not come with the belly wrap; however, if you have your own worn saree or other form of compression band, we can certainly 'wrap your session up' with that! Alternatively, you can support the artisans in India by purchasing the fabric from Āyurveda Mamma.
